Q: How often do you sit?
A: We can make up to 4 visits per day. Most clients prefer 2-3 visits.

Q: How much time do you spend with my pet?
A: We spend about 30 minutes per visit with your pet. Longer stays are available upon request
for special needs but there will be an additional fee.

Q: How will I know my pets are ok and that someone is actually visiting them?
A: We can keep you updated on the well being of your pet by phone or e-mail at your request.

Q: Is the information I provide All
Paws n' Hooves kept confidential?
A: Yes! Your personal information is utilized only in such a manner as to be able to fulfill
our service obligations and will not be disclosed to any individual other than your personal
pet sitter.

Q: Can I leave my key with you?
A: Yes, for your safety, your key is tagged with a client I.D. number (not your name) and kept
in a safe lock box when we are not making visits to your home. Keeping your key on file with
us makes it easier for you to make last minute reservations. If you do not want to file your
key, we do charge a $5 key pickup/return fee after the initial free consultation visit to cover
our time and gas expenses.

Q: What kinds of animals do you care for?
A: Cats, Dogs, Horses, Ponies, Goats, Pigs, Ferrets, Rabbits, Small Animals, Birds, Fish, Exotic
pets and Non-venomous Reptiles. We will not care for animals which may pose a threat to us
including any animal with a history of vicious behavior, fighting with other people or animals
and/or biting.

Q: What if my property or pet is damaged while I am gone?
A: All Paws n' Hooves will provide services in a competent, trustworthy manner and is only liable
for claims arising from our own negligence or willful misconduct. All Paws n' Hooves is not liable
for any damages caused by your pets including damages to the inside of your home, floors and
furniture by biting, clawing, etc, and damages to your yard and plants. If your pets have outdoor
access, we are not responsible for the injury, disappearance, or theft of your pets.

Q: Do you have a contract to protect both parties?
A: Yes. Your Pet Sitter will bring one for you, or you may download the Word

Q: May I give my Pet Sitter a gratuity?
A: Absolutely. All gratuities are greatly appreciated.

Q: What if I make reservations and then need to cancel?
A: In the event of cancellation of scheduled services, there is a $15 cancellation fee. Cancellations
of visits during the Christmas/New Years holidays with less than 2 weeks notice are non-refundable.

Q: Do you have a referral program?
A: Yes! We will give a credit of $20 to anyone who refers a new customer that uses a service
that we offer.

A: Yes! Contact us if you are interested in giving the gift of pet sitting or other services!

Q: What methods of payment are accepted?
A: We accept cash, personal and business checks. All returned checks incur at least a $25 fee.
We can also accept Visa and MasterCard, American Express, and Discover through Paypal.
